In recognition of the role of art and culture in the development of knowledge in all aspects of life, which are the top priority of water, the Arab Water Council is keen to launch the 2017 Fine Arts Competition in the field of painting, photography, caricature, photography, short films, Within the framework of the 4th Arab Water Forum, to be held at the City Stars Hotel in Cairo, Egypt, from November 26 to 28, 2017, in order to raise awareness about the different aspects of water management problems in the Arab world within the framework of the general slogan of the Forum:
"Sharing Water … Sharing Destiny"
