In computer security, a login or logon or sign in or sign on refers to the credentials required to obtain access to a computer system or other restricted area. Logging in or logging on or signing in or signing on is the process by which individual access to a computer system is controlled by identifying and authenticating the user through the credentials presented by the user.
|InWEnt, Capacity Building International Germany, acting on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), has formulated a four-year programme on capacity building in the water sector for the MENA region focusing on eight countries: Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Jordan, Palestine, Syria and Yemen.|
The regional partner of InWEnt for this programme will be the Arab Water Council. The Third World Centre for Water Management is advising InWEnt on the formulation and implementation of the programme. This four-year programme consists of a great number of training events and seminars as well as three International Partner Fora. These three conferences have been planned carefully to constitute a logical entity and a mutual learning process.
