Dr. Mahmoud Abu-Zeid, President of the Arab Water Council and former Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation of Egypt, has been unanimously elected as Egypt’s candidate to represent the Arab countries in the UNESCO International Hydrological Program (IHP) for the next two years.
